The S.A.I.E.M. Village Le Colombier is responsible to the customer for the obligations arising from the rental contract or agreement of stay, but cannot be held responsible for fortuitous events, cases of force majeure, nor for the actions of any person foreign to the organization and the unfolding of the stay and the services provided on this occasion.
The Village de vacances Le Colombier has received the tourism approval n° 91 48 701 of 30/08/1991.
The accommodation is proposed for a limited capacity of persons, any excess of this capacity will be refused, knowing that a child and even a baby count as one person. We decline any responsibility in case you exceed the capacity despite the prohibition.
Reservation and payment of the deposit
A pre-reservation is recorded upon receipt of your request, subject to availability. It is valid for 8 days. After this period and without confirmation from you, this pre-reservation will be cancelled. The reservation becomes firm upon receipt of the reservation form and the 30% deposit. No modification concerning the stay, or the content of the invoice will be accepted after the payment of the deposit.
The payment of your reservation can be made by any means at your convenience (cash, bank check, transfer, credit card, vacation checks).
Payment of the balance
The customer commits himself to pay the total amount of the stay at least 30 days before the beginning of his stay. Without the payment of the balance at the latest one month before the beginning of his stay, the S.A.I.E.M. Village Le Colombier reserves the right to consider the reservation as null and void and to propose the concerned accommodation again for rent.
In case of reservation less than one month before the stay, the totality of the payment will be required at the time of the reservation.
Arrival / Departure
Rentals are available from 5pm. In case of late arrival (after 8 pm), please inform the village at 04 66 49 50 50.
The departure of the accommodation must be done before 10:00 am. The customers commit themselves to return the accommodation in perfect condition at the end of their stay.
At the time of your arrival a deposit of 300€ will be asked. The deposit will be returned at the end of your stay, after an inventory of fixtures and deductions made for any damage caused or cleaning costs. In case of night departure or early departure, the deposit will be retained and returned later after inventory of fixtures. In this case, the S.A.I.E.M. Village Le Colombier considers that you accept a possible deduction for cleaning or repair.
Rates and charges
The price mentioned in the rental contract includes the provision of the accommodation. The following services may be charged to you:
Electricity: electricity consumption is included in the rental price;
Cleaning: the cleaning at the end of the stay is not included in the price. It is the responsibility of the tenant. If the cleaning is not properly done by the tenant, this amount will be deducted from the deposit.
Household and bed linen: bed linen is included in the rental. Household linen is not included in the rental.
Tourist tax: a tourist tax will be requested according to the instructions of the Community of Communes Coeur de Lozère and the official scale.
Dogs and cats are accepted in the limit of 2 per accommodation, under the condition of keeping them on a leash and having in your possession the obligatory vaccination certificates.
Cancellation and interruption of stay
For each cancellation made by the customer, the S.A.I.E.M. Village Le Colombier keeps
- 30 % in case of cancellation more than 30 days before the beginning of the stay.
- 65% of the price of the stay in case of cancellation between 30 and 8 days before the beginning of the stay.
- 100% of the price of the stay in case of cancellation less than 8 days before the beginning of the stay.
Cancellation must be confirmed by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt; The cancellation date will be the date on which the registered letter is first presented.
The S.A.I.E.M. Village Le Colombier may have to modify or cancel a stay in case of external events beyond its control. In this case, the rent will be completely refunded.
In the case of an interruption of the stay by the customer for any reason whatsoever, there will be no refund.
